Garlic Butter Noodles

These Garlic Butter Noodles compliment many meals!  It's an easy side when you're just sick of potatoes or macaroni and cheese, but are still craving some carbs and starch!  Make this simple side dish today!

Ingredients:

- 1 bag of Egg Noodles (I used wide)
- Butter
- Parsley
- Garlic Salt

Directions:

1.  Boil some water for your noodles.  Cook your noodles until done.  Drain and place back into the pan.  A tip I use here is to place a small amount of butter into your noodles while they're boiling.  It seems to help prevent the pan from over-boiling and giving the noodles flavor as they cook.  Also....DON'T FORGET TO SALT YOUR WATER!

2.  Add in about 2 tablespoons of butter and stir it into your noodles a bit.  Toss in your seasoning and mix well.  TASTE!  If more seasoning is needed, add more in!  Go by what YOUR palette tells you.

Here's the final product....

We served our noodles along side BBQ chicken and corn on the cob.  It was a delicious meal!  Enjoy!
